Problem & Research
The product felt like a bundle of disconnected features—users weren’t sure where to start or how the AI actually helped them. There was no flow, no trust, and no guidance. I spent time using the old version, mapped out user pain points, and compared it to platforms like K Health and Ada. I also reviewed real-world use cases to understand what people expect from AI-driven care.

Ux Approach
I redesigned the entire journey around simplicity and outcome. Instead of forcing users to figure it out, the app now guides them: AI symptom checker first, then smart suggestions like doctor consults or pharmacy delivery. I cleaned up the interface, improved readability, and built a flow that feels reassuring and direct—key for any healthcare product.
